Varvara Zankovich was commissioned to create a series of illustrations for the foyer of Moscow’s Sovremennik Theatre in celebration of its 70th anniversary season, which ran from October 2025 to July 2026

The multimedia exhibition “70 Years in Details,” presented in the foyer of the Main Stage of the Sovremennik Theatre, offers a visual exploration of the theatre’s DNA through the stories of its founders and the artists whose names have become an integral part of its history, as well as through its landmark productions and creative experiments.
